Final series of paintings for 2010. These are all acrylic ink and water based inks on canvases, either 10 by 10 inches, or 1 foot by 1 foot. Larger images and order information available here.
This weekend is the 2110 VA COMIC CON. As usual, it will be attended by a whole flock of creators, publishers, and sellers. I drew this year's shirt. It's based on an old suspense comic cover. This comic, among others similar books, prompted Fredric Wertham to write Seduction of the Innocent, which eventually lead to the Comics Code Authority being established.
I'm happy with my rendition, but the original is clearly much cooler.
